Description:	i need a very simple program that should do the following: 1)i have sms studio by codesegment.com, i need to have a program that based on certain variables will send messages automatically 2)For example once user send a message like this: SHORTCODE+SUSCRIBE1+ZODIAC SYMBOL , it will register him to receive his horoscope. 3)so, the horoscope symbols + 8 other susbcriptions, should be available 4)there will be 2 suscriptions types DAILY and WEEKLY, this is defined at registration time SUBSCRIPTION1 is daily and SUBSCRIPTION2 is weekly 5)This SUBSCRIPTION word should be able to be changed by any other word same for ZODIAC too 5)when the time arrive, the program should send an SMS to the user with the information for which user subscribe himself 6) the trigger word should be easy to define, should handle several words and for example if the word is FISH and the customer send incomplete FSH it will work with the first letter 7) PHP and mysql are prefered but will depend no the proposal 9) budget is US$250 STOPzilla!
