festival made into a site of its own... There is a tour that goes on and it needs a simple but catchy site of its own even though it is one of many programs... Site needed Very, very soon... Site would need all current essential information and an "about" page and an "update" or "tour schedule" page... As well as a guestbook (that can be edited)... also, need pages for pics, press/media coverage of the tour so people can see links and other uploaded articles, and we have the information on the sites that people need to reference for the information and other page links... prior designer even had a mock-template that may be useable and we have a current site, that may be adjusted... also, need ability to show rolling stills and clips of films Additional Info (Added 3/20/2005 at 21:24 EST)... Details of Functionality: 1. Need Top Banner with an ability to rotate and flash... 2. Admin: need ability to add cities and that those cities' schedule... additionally, need ability to add paypal links on those pages so people can purchase tickets for those locations... 3. Definitely need the yearly productions on there: 2004, and the 2005 schedule and info.... 2004 details are on www.ngaf.org and 2005 are on www.urbanfilmseries.com... 4. Need to have links for and ability to upload the forms for the following - vendors, volunteers, sponsorships, media authorization (for filmmakers submitting their films), press credentials... perhaps even have the forms able to be done online and filled-in online and submitted with a submit button... 5. need a pic gallery... 6. Need Press page for articles and press coverage we've gotten... - to upload press credentials or press sign-up form - list of past interviews and shows we were on - list of articles and upload of articles (2 things - a) links to articles and b) pdf or wpd or graphic upload of articles scanned into a file... 7. links page - where we can include information on travel and accommodations 8. Films page - page listing films and film detials, then again, you may decide to link this from the schedule... a page with all the films we've used listed and their details included (details once you click on the film)... we can use these links on the schedule to reference this page for each film... this'll make it easier... perhaps listed by year (meaning which films shown or used in which year) 9. Ability to include the email sign-up on the site like we have now... 10. Need a picture box that includes rotating banners for picture stills, film trailers, promos and streaming/uploading of media... So, the top banner can rotate for our own things we are doing and this box can be used for promotion of the films and participants, etc... 11. Sponsors and supporters banners and links and names... must be in the design somehow, either a separate page for this or something... we also need to be able to add to that list from admin... we have many more for 2005... 12. Page or links or information on the homepage (choose logically what works) for details on call for films so filmmakers can know what's up and there should be a promo banner on the homepage for this if you choose to have this on a different page... 13. About page - that includes much of the information on ngaf.org and we need to change it because we do two productions - Black History Month Film & Discussion Series and the Urban Film Series... 14. Upcoming events page (if not encompassed above) 15. Include on the homepage somewhere, perhaps across the bottom, the cities we have and are going to - Maryland DC Virginia Georgia California Michigan New York New Jersey South Carolina -- And include, some promo on there about "Want to assist the UrbanFilmSeries tour in your city?
