wall.urbandictionary.com (I will refer to it as UD) We want the same features but on top of that we want following things: above the text field there should be buttons so that users can make the text Bold, Italic, and insert link ( as you can do in the email). the same as on UD, we want very simple interface. Design should be pretty simple but also look professional. The same user can not write more than once in a row. He can write only after another user writes. If there is no one writes within 3 minutes from another user, then that same user can write again. For now only the first 25 writings should be visible. Scheduling we want the users to be able to schedule writings on top for a period of lets say 15 minutes (maybe less). They should have the option to do it in advance. probably there should a "schedule" link near the "write" button. So if an entry is scheduled to appear for 15 minutes, every new writing that is posted will be placed below the scheduled writing for 15 minutes. So if the slot is open he can schedule. A user from the same ip can schedule only once in 12 hours. all the variable mentioned above as number of postings per page (25), schedule period (15 min ) etc., should be modifiable in the future as we want. before we start the work, i will provide you with approximate templates. Terms of agreement After i select the provider, i will put the money in the GAF escrow in the provider's name. This way it is fair to both sides. I will release the money ONLY when I am fully satisfied with your work. I will release the money from the escrow after you install everything on my server (thats how escrow process works.read GAF escrow faq) If we request any ADDITIONAL features beyond whats asked in this description we will pay you extra. You should however give us updates at least once every 2 days so that we are aware of the progress. we want this project finished in less that 7 days, since it is pretty straightforward and should not be a big deal for an experienced developer. If we decide to modify EXISTING features a bit differently from original description you should implement them. Because as of now we don't know how it will look, so we might want to make changes to the requested features. You agree to provide 1 month support to us after the project is completed. If i like your work i will hire you on a long-term basis to maintain this website and develop additional features. after you are chosen if something in the description is vague to you, please contact me to clarify. Please don't bid on this project if you plan to charge more than the specified budget, because i won't pay.
