Software programmer needs to have three or more years of experience as a software programmer or engineer, be reliable, perfectionist, cater deliverables on time and on budget. Project should not take more than 3 months in duration, and requires at least 5 hours a day. There is a chance that I will have the programmer make periodical updates to the portal, and take on other projects depending on the person's performance.
