Linux OS. Looking at the Blinkz.com website and making a mock user would be helpful. We have some additional features that include a simple age affirmation and Terms of Service Agreement plus a few other easy mods that will connect with parent communities and services we currently offer. All the features of Blinkz as well as a similar layout and interface is an absolute must. We welcome anyone who has worked on similar projects. We are aware of programs on the market that offer the features of Blinkz at or under $299 but they are not as clean in layout and simplicity. Our goal is to acquire a better Blinkz link community builder that is professional but just as simple fro the user to. The final script should offer users more features and lend an easy way to include as many background designs as we want to add over time. Due to past burns on bids and deposits NO money will be exchanged until the project is completed and demonstrated. We are willing to use escrow however.
