Description:	Hello, The project is for both design and programming of the site.Bid only if you have previous experience - you'll have to show similar work... The site would be in three parts: the user part - where users could register, log in, the employees would be presented with a picture, etc..when the users would log in there would be a private room where they could all chat, the users and employees...then when the users would click on the employee to have a private chat that chats would be payable(if the user has enough funds which he had to deposit earlier)...the chats would be private and the user would see the employee(he/she would have a webcam) the employee part- they would work at home, have a webcam, microphone, etc...the setup for chatting via webcam and everything with users is gotta be as simple as possible the admin part- we could see all the chats, private and public, how much each employee earns, full control... serious only, please...
