Description:	We have a JSP Based Web-based System, (it's a System Management Console), and we would like to rebuild the user interface of the Web-based console into more user friendly and more professional looking. The function of the system are remainly the same, we have all API for the function ready, just need somebody to work on the User Interface side. We require a Template design of the UI, and using CSS, and possibly XML/XSL, We also have some sample look-n-feel mockup for the design style we want, so we require the bid winner to communicate with us over Instant Messenger in a day-to-day basis to make sure the UI is what we want.
