I have a website, that has been completely done in HTML. I need some one to
convert that in such a way that some one can completely control that via admin
panel using forms.

So, please bid after looking at it and visiting that completely. I need to
handle that via admin panel. Bid with complete details of the previous works
done and stuff like that. We don't want some of the features, we want all of the
features to be embeded in the admin panel, so please make sure that you visit
the website BEFORE you bid on this project.

For a good PHP programmer this is not a difficult task, and we have the luxury
of having a little more time than usual, although we would still like to get the
script ASAP.

We will not choose someone who does not have a track record for this project,
as we can't afford to waste time and there are too many people who just can't do
the work who bid on projects.
