Required skills: -English -commitment -hard working -problem solving -honest -regular skype conversations (must have fast link) Preferred experience includes: Linux, C/C++, MSQL, Oracle, J2EE architecture and other related components including JNDI, JSP/JSF/TILES, JCA, JAAS, Hibernate JTA, JBoss, JMS, JDBC, JTA, Tomcat, Apache, Aspect J, Mbean, Axis Web Services, XML RPC. Experienced in managing a solid source control model with integrated configuration management is a plus. Knowledge of the following configuration management tools is a plus: Ant, Maven, CVS, Eclipse, Bugzilla, CVSZilla, Junit automation, Tinderbox. If you do not have any experience on developing J2EE systems please do not respond to this post. If you represent a development team please give us a per-developer cost per hour. We are looking to engage multiple developers. Please give us your hourly or weekly rate in US $. Tell us about - the number of years java J2EE coding - the projects/work you have been part of - your age, location, and aspirations. what do you look for in a project? - your academic background - your work status...(do you have full time employment now) - your network, do you have broadband. We will have a technical interview with candidates and go over your past projects. During the first part of the project you will have to be available for part of the day during West Coast U.S. hours. We can then arrange for your schedule to be changed to a more convenient timeframe for you if US West Coast Time is inconvenient. You will be working with other developers to add additional functionality to an already developed J2EE platform. This will be a team effort and everyone’s thoughts and comments on how the development should proceed will be appreciated. The project will last approximately 2 to 3 months.
