- One Main Site - Ability to add unlimited Regions & Locations. (ex. California, Florida, New York, etc.) - Each of the Regions will have different Sections such as 'Auto, Real Estate, Classifieds, Auctions, & Jobs'. - Instead of just being Classified Listings within each of these categories as it is with Craigslist.org, I need to have these sections based off of the sections that can been seen at my website - http://www.everythingutah.com. (The links don't work for each of the different sections so to see them you will need to use each of these links) - http://www.everythingutah.com/auto http://www.everythingutah.com/realestate http://www.everythingutah.com/classifieds http://www.everythingutah.com/auctions/ http://www.everythingutah.com/jobs/ *The Auctions and Jobs Sections are not functioning properly right now, but you should be able to get the overall picture. (The Main Idea is to create the site so users can upload pictures of their cars, search by make/model, upload pictures of their houses, search by location, etc.) - Each of the different Regions of the site (ex. California, Florida, New York, etc.) should be able to have customizable homepages so that they all look different from each other. (Even a layout like the one found on EverythingUtah.Com would be acceptable) - I also need to have the payment functionality for the whole (Each of the different sections). I need to be able to select $0 to charge or whatever amount I desire. - I almost forgot one thing. I need to be able have a Search Engine for each Region as well. It should include categories to post to and the payment functionality as well. P.S. I am also going to post another project called "Craiglist-like Clone College" The project will involve setting up a site with many regions (States) and Locations (Schools). Each of the Schools will need to have the following: - Student Book Exchange - Teacher Evaluations - Housing Information - Classifieds - Job Listings - Games Each of these features should be based off of those found at my two sites which can be seen at: http://www.wildcatcommunity.com & http://www.cougarcommunity.com If you would like to work on both projects please leave me a message on the PMB. Also, I have access to a Craigslist Clone Demo and the Admin Section. I also know the price for this Demo so please DO NOT overbid. I understand that there is a lot of work here, but overall I don't think the project should be too hard if you already have a Craigslist Clone Script. As I have thought more about the requirement of the site I have decided to post this information: All of the different sections of the site: Auto, Real Estate, Classifieds, Auctions, & Jobs, do not necessarily have to be based off of my site, but should include such features as: Auto - Ability to Search/Sort by Year/Make/Model/Price, upload pictures, etc. Real Estate - Ability to Search/Sort by Location, Price, etc. Upload pictures, directions, etc. Classifieds - Ability to Search/Sort by Category/Price, etc. and the same goes for the Auctions & Job Listings. The results for such searches should be organized and easy to view as well, not like craigslist. I need a site that looks, works, & feels a lot better than Craigslist. Thanks!! STOPzilla!
