I need this website powdis.co.ug/sample intergrated with a CMS that allows the
admin to do updates/change content on pages, etc.
The OTP should lead to a page where there are links to pdf documents that can
ONLY be downloaded with permission from the owner. This means that the owner
will give a special code to that person who will be authorised to download the
document. In the meantime when one clicks this document link they should be
prompted to enter that special code. The codes must expire right after download.
Only one code per document.
Then the last part which is called COPE. COPE will display 3 fields (Name of
Exporter, Product Category, Products). However you will have several information
stored in the same database about each exporter (e.g. name of contact person,
address, location, products, etc). These can be accessed/viewed when one clicks
the "Name of Exporter" in the COPE table. This table should be made in
such a way that the user can organize it alphabetically based on the entries in
the table.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. This is URGENT
but I only will entertain serious bidders only. I have had 2 people who turned
out to be bogus because they could not follow my specifications, they wanted to
do what they wanted rather than what I want. The site MUST look EXACTLY as in
the sample or else, I will not accept it. Send me your bids and convince me that
you are the "person" for the job. The sooner you can complete this the
better.
