Description:	Application to scan 15-20 major online bookmakers comparing their early horse race ‘back' prices against Betfair's ‘lay' prices. It should be able to automatically 'back' with the relevant bookmaker and then 'lay' a larger amount at a lower price with Betfair to guarantee a profit should the horse lose,or break even if it wins. It should also be capable of placing stop loss bets in the event of a problem. I am ideally looking for a developer who has created other applications used on Betfair(I would also be interested in purchasing existing applications).
