future project. Sorry for my bad english, i'll try my best since my mother language is to be netherlands. This project is submitted to several freelancers communities, just to let u know, i want to develop this project because i'm passionated by teamplay and great online multiplayer games and am the only person supporting this project at the moment with a regular household income. I may offer partnership to interested collaborating persons and am convinced that this project will be rewarding especially when it's gonna be associated with a further futur project. What i'm looking for in first instance is someone that can make me a full job on a gaming community website with ladder-league integration for mutliple game support. I'll try to be as much informative as possible for the project i like to be created thus i expect a straight bid and time frame for the job to be accomplished. I'll probably want the same person to keep in charge for the further development of that website when updates needs to be done. It doesnt matter to me which coding is used (php,asp, etc...) aslong as it's clean or if u use available premade scripts or a good cms system like mambo?, aslong as the whole site is secure for hackers. I'll try to cover the graphic aspect of the website but i wish that the site remains easely customisable on that aspect or if someone is interested of giving me a helping hand (for free, hobby and true appreciation, followed by payment when i'll be able to) i'd be very gratefull and u'd be counted in the partners of this organisation. Network : Main site with news frame + frame with news taken directly from other gaming related websites (dynamic hotlinks?), links to sponsors, top 10 clans shown from dropdown menu, forum shows in center frame, further same features as GGLEAGUE.COM I'd like to create a global chat room for the network and a chatroom for each ladder-league where players can arrange matches on the fly without the need to shedule them first. U can use my new user account at GGLEAGUE to login if u need to username: taxtixs, password: u9u6e4 - Advanced signup form : The idea is to have a signup based on understanding of the organisation and community filosophy and requirements to be able to compete on the leagues and ladders. The signup will start with a text covering the filosophy of the community. After reading the text, the player will click on a "continue" button, taking him to a new page with 3 up to 5 questions, randomly choosen by a script out of 20 - 30 with multiple choice. God Admin should be able to edit the questions and answers at all times. If all the questions r answered right, then the player can proceed and a download should start to install a small application. If the player doesn't answer right then an error page will show forwarding him to reproceed with the new questions. I want this to make sure the visitors aknowledge the rules and filosophy of the organisation and the random questions prevent players from passing the answers to each other. The small application will take care of the signup from there but needs to be synchronised with the users database. No duplicated usernames allowed or special characters unless underscores. At each visit, the users needs to login which will trigger an authentification of the user on several details of his account like ip, username and a few other details that will be described during development. Inside the network i want to integrate several gaming ladders and leagues with each their own database to prevent a mess if there was one part that would misfunction or if any bad intentioned person would try to hack the site. Once a person is registered on the network site, i need the option to control automatic or manual signup to the ladders and leagues. God Admin with full control over network and leagues-ladders and subadmins with different acces level for each league-ladders. Fully automated ladder ranking system Suitable for all game types especially action games, card and board games and strategy games. Fully customizable design templates Easy to use admin interface Advanced Admin system with separate admin accounts for each admin. Multiple admin access levels. Assign varying access rights to admin accounts according to position. Higher level admins can ban - suspend ip's - players accounts , edit/create ladders and edit/create admin accounts.. Admins can create, modify and add comments to accounts Admins can Report and edit existing matches Admins can create and delete challenges Admins can add and edit rules Admins can create, edit and delete staff Admins can create, edit and delete ladders Every player gets there own account and stats Rank, last rank , wins, losses, games played, streak, win % etc. recorded for each player account. Theme selector for users to customize the site design Create unlimited ladders for team play or 1v1 play. Each ladder can be set to be challenge-only, open-play only or open play with challenges. Completely automated ladder system, standings and statistics updated immediately after report. Match loss confirming page for loosing clan or player with void request option and note form. Team leaders can login and invite new members to their team account. Enabled - disabled option by admin. Newsletter function allowing admins to email all users or group members on the ladder system. Ranking system based on glicko system ( http://math.bu.edu/people/mg/ratings.html ), and should be editable regarding point awards and loss. Additional ranking system for custom points awards per match type 1v1 = 100 points, 2v2 = 200 points, etc... - Further more i'll need good tournaments scripts updatable on the fly with following features: Complete tournament system allowing multiple tournaments to be run at the same time. Run fully automated tournaments with anywhere from 4 to 512 players/teams per tournament. Completely automated signup for players and teams. Suitable for virtually all tournament types including double elimination. Profile for each player/team allowing them to put in whatever the admin wants, for example: team roster, email address, ICQ number etc. Highly advanced admin control panel allowing admins to change tournament template colors and design. Admins can also create,delete or edit tournaments with ease from the admin control panel. Admins can also open/close signups, add/edit tournament rules and descriptions with the click of a button. Fully automated visual brackets page showing latest results and progress to participants and spectators alike. Seperate admin logins for each tournament meaning you can let allow an admin to fully run a tournament without having admin access to any other tournaments. Easily customizable design, edit colors at the click of a button or edit template using html.
