system then this is the project. It is a system for a Money Transfer Business. System preferably done in JAVA. It would have a program installed in local offices/agents and would also have a web based one but connected to a main database/server. A system analysis (SA) is done, work flow etc. Only the coding is required. Of course SA is only about 95%, as we have to consider oversights or things that may have been overlooked. But generally it's done. We want an experienced JAVA team to do this. You must show past works to prove your JAVA skills. The timetable for this is two (2) months or less so you must be able to focus on it. Only serious and dedicated team should apply. We also want a team that will work with us as a partner, a team that would recommend things that we may have overlooked in SA but feels necessary. We also want a team who would NOT think of money every little adjustment that is necessary for the system. In short, the team should be easy to work with as a friend and partner to reach our common goal. Should be able to speak good English and be accessible via YM 24/7. Documentation of the project should also be provided. And installation to our server when project is done. We would only put up to $1000 in escrow to show goodwill for the project and will release and pay the rest of agreed project cost once we see the final working output. The team should provide a working schedule at the beginning of project divided into phases. They should show proof of work based on the scheduled phase, otherwise we will have an option to cancel the project if the schedule is not followed accordingly.
