Description:	Looking to design a callback/callthru application that can be downloaded and run on as many mobile platforms as possible. Needs to be completely transparent so the user dials a number (or selects from contacts) and the app intercepts the call, dials the callback/callthru number and once connection is made, passes through the original number dialed. If it is a callback, the app would answer the callback transparently. Then control handed back to the phone. A customization web screen would be required to set up exclusion numbers (bypass the callback/callthru), and then download logic to get the app on to the phone.
