Professional Hosting from Just Host

We are selling our own ringtones and have need for some coding. We need someone
who has expertise in the mobile realm. Here is the basic setup:
1) Customer clicks button to buy a ringtone (on a non-handheld computer)
2) Java (or other) prompt asks customer for mobile phone number. See this site
for example--> http://www.wwe.com/shop/mobile/allvoicetones/
3) Our site sends their phone a text--using this company-->
https://www.csoft.co.uk/sms/api/http_to_sms.htm
4) The text we send contains a link to Bango's payment section (see Bango.com)
5) After they payment, Bango sends the customer to the location of our ringtone.
They pass a parameter which we compare in our database to make sure it is a
unique visit and that they legitimately came from Bango.
6)Before displaying the page, our site checks what browser they are using which
determines what phone they are using. We use this to determine what audio format
the ringtone should be delivered in (.aac, .mp4, etc.) and what language (WML,
XML, etc.)***I am not sure if this step is necessary***

---We have already set up our own CMS to manage our ringtones, so we only need
help with billing and delivering (steps 2-6).
Now, if you know of a better payment company (instead of Bango) we are willing
to change. Keep in mind we want users to be able to pay for the ringtones by
billing their carriers.
Also, if you know of a better model for selling and delivering ringtones then we
are all ears. Just mention this when you place a bid.
