Description:

We sponsor events at nightclubs. We are looking to create an application for
the Palm Treo 700p that would make it easier for us to manage event attendee
guest lists.
Specifically (and ideally) we would like to be able to upload an Excel
spreadsheet containing a list of people who have RSVPed for the event into the
Treo and then quickly find those people in the list when they arrive (it's
important that we can find people in the list quickly as we often have
400+ people on the list). We would then like to be able to quickly
400+ select 1
of 3 checkboxes with respect to that person. After the event, we would like to
be able to download the info into our computer database, again in Excel form.
If there is an easier way to do this, we are open to that as well. Also, if you
replied previously please don't hesitate to reply again; we just wanted to
provide more detailed information this time.
