receive incoming text messages (from cell phones, PDAs, PCs, etc) and (2) determine the appropriate outgoing response based upon key words in the incoming text message while also using customer profile information and possible phrases in a data base. This application is intended to appear to hold a 2-way text messaging conversation with a person, but the response is systematically generated. Anticipate need for a database to contain words/phrases, as well as method to capture customer 'profile' or preference information. Would like a developer/architect to make best technology solution and design recommendation, construction the application, and turn over the source code. Selected application will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, and possibly a non-compete agreement as well. Need to be able to support various text messaging formats from multiple mobile devices. This business idea is copywrited/trademarked.
