There will be two phases to this project: Phase I Graphic Design a) provide design: 3 design comps for the direction of the look/feel b) use the following websites as basis for design : cashoffers.com and webuyhouses.com and fastcash4homes.com c) design team must also provide reference sites that have been designed d) all design files must be given to me at the end of the project Phase 2 Website Programming a) Before beginning the programming, programming team must suggest a few popular, customizable web solutions, that can be the basis for this site. I would like a programming package that is popular and widley used. For example, "word press". The goal is to have a website that is easily customizable thru a browser, rather than having to revise site and upload entirely. b) I would like the ability to customize the pages fairly easily without messing up the format of what is delivered to me. c) The ability to add audio content that can be played right off the website or via a podcast. d) The feature in fastcash4homes.com that pre populates the city name when you type in a zip code. e) The ability to send leads generated from form to multiple email address that I chose. f) The ability to have the completed form sent to certain email addresses based on the zipcode that is inputed. g) The ability to have different logins that allow users to only see a certain zip code based on the user login. h) Reports that show the date that data are entered, the age of how long the contact has been in the system, and the ability to add notes to the contact record. i) The ability to select the contact record and send an email thru the web admin interface. j) I would like some groundwork/forethought to fact that there will be multiple users to this sight, so I will therefore require a good way of show reports by login. k) ability to export contacts Additional information submitted: 03/19/2006 at 15:11 EST:  Online ecommerce site Database forms email php Sell Craigslist Auto Poster X-cart Website Configurations Logo Design NeededThis project is the proprietary information of .
