I need some work done on the following photo:

(Has been shrunk and compressed for demonstration purposes, real photo is
1128x1086 px)
This is an old scan of a real photo and when you compare it to the new photos by
seeing the picture below, you can see how dull it really looks! The new ones are
done on a digital camera and went straight to the computer so we never had any
of these quality issues.
I need this photo colour corrected so the skin tones, teeth, etc are more
bright, etc. so it looks more like one of the newer photos. I then need it cut
out and placed onto this background (Again smaller version):

The finished version should look like this one of the new pics:

Even though this has again been shrunk and compressed for demonstration
purposes, you can see how much brighter and sharper quality it is overall.
The picture you'll be working from is also a composite of two pictures which
again was done a long time ago, so a bit of work will need to be done around
where the girls arm meets the guys midsection to make it look more convincing
than the last guy did.
Actual size of finished picture will be 831 pixels in height.
Needs to be done in 5 days, money will be placed into escrow before starting.
