designed website with a flash header for my website, http://www.makemoneyonlinedirectory.com/. All the content is currently on it, I just need some very smooth-looking custom graphic work done. For the flash header, could you combine the exact flash buttons of http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/7669.html with (http://www.therandomizer.net/headers.htm) header#3's globe design (just a copy and paste of the flash animated image and background) and the white text of the header #3 to say the slogan. The directory itself should resemble the one here, http://www.pagetest.com/morgan/directory.htm/. The color themes of the directory should be seen throughout the entire website. One last thing is the graphic advertisements on the left side of most pages. Please remove them and make a text advertisment space to be exactly like the Google Advertisements using the colors of the MakeMoneyOnlineDirectory.com's directory (Not google's colors), so that I can sell text advertisement spaces.
