Please DON'T bid unless you can provide me with the following:
TERMS:
Templates that must include
Flash Source files
The Source PSD Files
HTML Files (Sliced Please)
Working links
Fast Delivery
Rights: FULL MASTER RESELL RIGHTS with copyrights
This means I can resell the templates to anyone I want to, let my customers
resell them as well, and let their customers resell them as well, and so on if I
choose to do so.
I want original designs from the original creators, and request proof that you
did make these templates.
NO REDESIGNING or modifying already existent templates on places like
templatemonster.com and boxedart.com.
You can provide templates you already made but I do need MASTER RESELL RIGHTS to
all of them as well. You can continue selling them. I do not need exclusive
rights.

The templates should be of that quality and design.
You as well need to provide a proof statement page on your server/domain that
you declare that you are the original creator of these templates with all your
contact information and other relevant information. YOU NEED TO AS WELL DECLARE
YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS/VIOLATIONS that should arise with
these templates.
If you can comply to all of the above, contact me right away and let me see some
thumbnails of these templates.
REMEMBER I NEED UNQIQUE AND ORIGINAL TEMPLATES
