Description:	I need a mortgage website template. Number of pages =3. 1. Front Page 2. Content Page (not really a page since only the graphics are removed. 3. Navagation page I'm interested in a design similar to the top mortgage sites. Do a search in google for mortgage and you'll see. Front Page... Logo at the top, navagation along the top (below the logo) Navagation menu on the left hand side. Graphic in the center. Place for content under that. Content Page Basicly just the header and footer with blank middle for content. Navagation page Center graphic of the United States with link navagation for each state. Needs to be editable in Photoshop 6. Also I would prefer it to be done with css. I'm NOT looking for some ready made template available all over the net. Time Frame must be no longer than 2 weeks.
