I need an HTML (website) template which will include the color schema for the
site. For layout/graphic design I am looking for something similar to the
attached image (notice the image is collage of different microsoft sites).The
mockup is just a suggestion/idea not to be taken as thats it. I am looking
forward to you mockup ideas - before you deliver final work. I would like for
you to follow the new Vista look (or Apple's Aqua) for the tabs, sorrounding
border and the buttons.

I will need all the necessary images for the template. I would expect the
following:
- background(s)
- tab(s)
- any toolbar background
- any images for the panels
- back/forward buttons round 3d looking. I need both enabled and disabled state
(i.e. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/images/bg_h3-Confident.jpg)
- button image with no words/icon (basically blank button) I need both enabled
and disabled state
Other notes:
- Don't worry about the table displaying a list of items in the mockup. All I
need is the color schema for it and any visual look that should sorround it.
- I need full copyrights to all work done for this project. I need
Gif/JPEGS/HTML and PSDs
- Please note that while I want the nice round 3d look, I am also concerned for
file size. So keep that in mind.
I am running on a tight budget so please do not post any prices above 100$. If
you think some of the requirements are time consuming and would make your price
higher than the max bid please let me know through the PMB.
Also please post any related work on PMB.

I believe is called "glass" effect. Please post in PMB any previous work/mockups
that use such effect.
