The organizational structure of the site and the text should stay the same but the layout of the site and the graphics should change. In order to allow easy translation of the site between languages, none of the text should be in graphics form. The 3 pdf files do not need to be redesigned. The target market for this website is entrepreneurial men and women ages 30-70 in many different countries so the photos and graphics used should show people of many different races including but not limited to Caucasian, Latin, African, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
