Description:


We need someone to do 1-2 hours per week of maintenance on our website. This
website has a Content Management System (CMS) so basically you will copy &
paste the content into the CMS. The content will be sent via email to a specific
account we will set up. You may need to resize images to upload to the CMS for
some articles. The CMS being used is Big Medium. You can preview the CMS at -
http://www.bigmedium.com

TASKS
- Add press release, announcements, events, and articles to the site using our
CMS. It will mainly be copy & paste of text from email to the CMS.
- Upload images with articles. The email announcement, article and/or event my
have an accompanying image.
- Send out a weekly HTML email using the content from the website. This email
will be sent using our email system. It will mainly be a copy & paste.
- Minor words/sentence changes/corrections.
- Periodic assistance with

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with a content-management system.
- Working knowledge of HTML and other Web protocols. (css, feeds etc.)
- Comfortable handling routine production tasks on a daily basis.
- Has graphic/design skills and can resize images
- Ability to respond promptly (within 24 hours or less)
LONG TERM
We are looking for someone who can commit long-term to this project with a
monthly or bi-weekly pay structure. Occasionally there will be larger jobs
that would naturally fall to you once we develop a relationship that is mutually
beneficial.
