Description:	I'm looking for someone to design a flexible website layout design for me. I'm a PHP/HTML developer myself and so my main lack of expertise is in the graphics area. The website will be mostly about programming in various languages, tutorials/articles and examples code. It will also act as a bit of a personal development blog for myself aswell. I already had someone working on this previously but they seem to have vanished, so I'm putting this project out on the open. I would like something that fits in with the theme of the website which is programming but am open to other suggestions. My previous designer was basing one of Project .Hack Anime/Game/Series. And the end of the day I want good artwork. Whomever takes this job on should be aware that if the design is very good I will be looking for a phpBB theme to match and that I may purchase addition 'themes' so to speak aswell.
