Description:	hi, I need a graphic designer who can work out complete website designs based on documents & 2 or three example graphics. It will work like this: I will send you a document describing the structure and all pages of a website and maybe one/five images of how the site should look. Then, based on the graphics and the descriptions, you should continue making all page designs and after i accept them, you should make them into html pages. No php or other scripting language required, only the working html files. For instance, dropdowns in forms should be functioning, but only visually.
