Description:	I'm in need of very clean, very provesional and very unique website. It would be windows manufacturing related. Logo design not needed, only webdesign. The main requirement is that it should be based on CSS. Less graphics + more work on CSS = should be nice fast loadable website. Should be partially (like header) in weightless nice flash. The content managment system must be integrated too. Bid only if you can ready made CMS (coded in PHP) so that timeframe would be as less as possible. Don't bid if you: 1) don't agree to get payment after I see results of your work, 2) don't provide your previous designs based on CSS, 3) don't have ready made CMS (to cut off the timeframe) 4) don't get idea about what is wooden and plastic windows :) Regular information about progress, communication by MSN messenger are compulsory.
