Ok I will say this once. Do not bid if you can not start right now and get this
done in 24 hours. I am tired of excuses. I don't care if your dog died, you
got sick, your internet went down. If you do not keep your deadline you will
not be paid. I have paid 3 people already and none of have done what I asked
when they said they would.
I want what I want and not what you think I need. I have a drawing I did in
paint on how I want the site to look. This will require you to make a logo for
us and layout the html.
You can not use any clipart unless you can provide a written release for it!!!
If you can manage to do as I ask and keep on a schedule there are about 20
future pages for you to do.
This bid is for one page, it is the front page of our portal site.
