I am basically wanting a clone of the Evite "event management and planning"
website http://www.evite.com/pages/create/create.jsp
The website will allow users to go to a web based site and create their own
invitation to a Party-plan style event. There will be a choice of 5 or 6
invitation designs for the Party plan hostess to choose from. The invitation
will be customisable to the event by the party plan hostess, and then the
hostess will be able to email their customised invitation to a list of invitees,
to which invitees can respond by visiting the webiste and accepting or declining
the invitation.
The website also needs to have a comprehensive back end database with secure
access that the master administrator can access to view real time data/reports
including
* number of "Party plan events" open to bookings
* number of invitees per event
* number of acceptances and declines per event
* data base capture of all invitees over time to enable follow up
emails/communication
There will also need to be multiple guest administrators (my Party plan
consultants) with limited access rights to view back end database details - the
access will need to be by secure login. The guest administrators will need to
have access to only those parties or events that they have initiated & booked.
I am interested in working with a designer who can make added
functionality/design suggestions based on understanding the needs of my Party
plan style business.
