Description:	I have a rather large following within the real estate agent community and receive frequent requests for Web Design and SEO. As such, I am looking for a talented individual to work on several upcoming projects. One site design I will need will be for selling Web Design, SEO, & Hosting. All others will be for Real Estate Agents. Projects include: Flash Programming Custom Blog skins Automated link exchange scripts New sites Minor layout changes to current sites Graphic Design Logos Other skills that would be a plus: Server admin Knowledge of RETS and IDX (Real Estate MLS Feeds) Listing Database construction This will be an ongoing relationship for the right individual that will include many opportunities for future business.
