want to provide such e-commercials but in a more selectable manner. Once you are selected as a programmer, I will give you another site for a reference site. But I will describe the layout here. Once people come to the site, I want them to be able to view the standard home page with the general information and graphics. Graphics must compliment the site. I would like to have a flash header like the e-commercials.net site. I will need an admin management system to add e-commercials and delete them. I will need to be able to assign prices to them as well. This site will also have a tutorial of the steps taken to get e-commercials. Once someone is ready to get an e-commercial, they will log in. At that point, they can buy credits. One credit per e-commercial. There will be video credits and photo credits. For each e-commercial they buy, their credits will be subtracted accordingly. They must pay for credits. So, for instance, a person has bought 5 video credits. That person can get 5 video e-commercials. Afterwards, he or she must buy more credits. Once credits are bought, they can proceed. They will choose an already template, a previously customized template that was customized for them, or select a new customized template. So, I need the ability to add in certain templates just for specific customers to see once they log in. They will be able to upload graphics for customized templates. Once they choose the template, they can now fill out information for the e-commercial. Then they can choose from the voice personality. The voice personality will be flash audio that they can choose from for each template. So, I need the ability to add in flash voiceovers to be selected from. Once they choose a voiceover personality, they can now choose from selected scripts. Here, we will target two industries: Real Estate and Automotive. For real estate, I will give drop downs for each selection that they can choose from. The same goes for automotive. Once they choose all of the scripts, it should put the paragraph with the selected text in a box for verification. They can go back and edit by choosing the dropdowns or edit directly for more customization. Once the text scripts have been approved, they should now upload video or photos. A final approval page will come up. They can choose to accept, edit, or cancel. If approved, they will be sent by email the details of the e-commercial. They should be able to log in and view info on each e-commercial. Once e-commercials are made, then they should be able to play each one from their log in. The e-commercials should give a link for them to place in their html code to play. This way the e-commercials stay on our servers but play anywhere. This bid is also for ten flash video templates similar to the templates at e-commercials.net and another site. These templates should be easily customizable through Flash and optimized accordingly. All I need to do is to replace the company names, graphics, and the actual video file and maybe the background. They should all be different in looks and all. Then I can output the e-commercial. I already have some photo e-commercials. Payment will be done as follows: Once the project is 50% done, 50% of the payment will be made. No exceptions. This can be done through Scriptlance Escrow. Once 100% of the project is done, then the other 50% will be paid. Only 50% will be escrowed each time. No exceptions. Additional Info (Added 10/20/2004 at 23:30 EST)... How well versed are you in Flash Video (as for converting an avi or mpg to flash)? I will need references for sites you have done. In addition, I will need for you to explain how you will manage to have a small flash file for the 30-45 second video. Please be in detail. The flash files must be small so that they are easily pulled up. Are you familiar with Sorenson Squeeze? It is used to compress flash video. Let me know why I must choose you due to your knowledge by explaining such that I have asked for.
