We need a unique Web 2.0 Layout for our new Site Builder Platform. Our platform is similar to Weebly / Doodlekit / Blinkweb / Freewebs We require a mockup of your proposed layout. We require 2 similar layouts (one for the home page, another for the inside pages.) Leave space for screenshots and video. Too many designers offer Web 2.0 then don't deliver or understand. We want to select winner in < 36 hours. Winner will have 24 hours to finalize after project awarded. Not interested in working with you if you don't work weekends - our team is on 7 days per week and we need providers that can work with us. This project will lead to other work if delivered as required: - Application interface, tabs, forms, tables, layout, etc... is required - Our application requires 6 additional CSS based templates, each with a variety of color schemes. --- Please note: we need the layout coded... Proper html, css please. --- Note: This project must be fully completed on our servers before payment is made. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing payment. You will be paid once the work is done, but please take note of this before bidding as it is a requirement. We are a 18 year old company and we always pay. If you fail to meet your deadlines, we will post a 1 rating and we reserve the right to cancel the project. Please set realistic deadlines as you are expected to stick to them. If you have questions, please ask them before the project is awarded. Be aware that we are in the Eastern Time Zone (same as New York) and will expect correspondence to occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST 7 days a week.
