help *yesterday*. My client on this project has a small budget, but he provides me with steady work, so I don't mind. For this project, I need a design for the domain proweb4me.com. This domain will offer template-driven websites for insurance agents - people who aren't web savvy, but want an affordable site. For an example of a similar site, see mylocalhosting.com. Your design shoul be clean, attractive, and quick to load. Minor graphic design is needed, such as a simple logo, but nothing hefty. My client wants a design that is no wider than 775 pixels, but it should resize gracefully in any size window. Note that the mylocalhosting site offers similar services, but the design itslef is horrifically *UGLY*. Please do not offer anything similar to this! I don't expect cutting-ede design, but I need something attractive, and I need it now. New scriptlance programmers are encouraged to bid - my 10+ rating for agood job might help to get you started, even though the budget isn't big. Carbon copy bidders (such as those that say only "Can be done", without specifying anything about my job) need not apply. Those who bid above my posted budget need not apply. Bidders may be from Idaho, India, Izbekistahn, or anywhere else, as long as the bidder behaves in a professional manner. If your idea of communication is to use "language" such as "plz" for please, "ur" for "you are", or "ppl" for "people", you need not apply. At least pretend to be professional! Your mockup may be either an image or an HTML page, but the winning bidder must provide working HTML and images that I can use NOW - I don't have the time to slice a psd file.
