Description:	2 page template - one front page with some flash work to spice things up, second page with header and sidebars and footer. Compatible with Dreamweaver if possible. Immediate delivery required. Elements to be included: earth with rays in gold, business oriented, one area with flash design, banner placement, one side bar advertisement, 2 text ads and scrolling news ticker that can handle unlimited news items. Ability to adjust as text is added - fairly clean design wanted. General colors to be blue and gold, other suggestions acceptable. Would prefer to see mockups via PMB prior to closing, winner to be paid by preferred payment method immediately upon delivery of approved template.
