I need a small property management application for rentals. The program needs to
use PHP/MySQL technology. The specifications are as follows:

1) View rental property thumbnail & short description with availability
dates, clickable to larger picture with more in depth description and clickable
calender with rented time in highlights. (with the second function similar to
this example: http://www.vacationrentals.com/vacation-rentals/11636.html)

Appropriate paging methods apply for locations that have more than say 3
properties.

Needs to be searchable by property specifics, such as 3 bedroom 6 person
occupancy, beach available, etc....

2) user login, property management with calender for rental availabilty
calendar and short and long description and pricing, also occupancy details and
amenities for search purposes, property picture uploads, approval system for the
property to become "live" or stay "hidden".
