Description:	have a site in PHP that uses a tab system (based on a set of jpg images) for basic site navigation. But this tab system is too long for users who have smaller screens. So I'd like to create a smaller set of tabs for users who have 640x480 screens, and have the tabs shown for only those users. So the page would have to discover the size of the user screen, and if the screen is smaller than 800x600, then display the reduced set of tabs. Cutting the current set of images is fine. I'd listen to other solutions as well. Second, I need to modify a page based on frames. The bottom frame of the page now displays a list entered by the user. If the list becomes long, then the frame adds a scrollbar. I'd like to change the frame so only the ideas are shown in the scroll bar area; the heading and footer of this bottom frame would remain in place. PHP knowledge will definitely be helpful.
