Need to have this in less than 24 hours.

I need to have a few images.. The goal is to have a menu bar as you see it on
the attached file: image1.gif
I need to have an similar image with 650 pix width.

I need to you to put all the following title thumnails in this image. Now I
know you can fit them all in one line, so we can ave a multi-level thumbnail
like on : image2.gif
