The site is a standard 3 column design with a header and footer and I would like to keep the width a fixed 1000 pixels wide for the header and footer with both side colums being 200 and the center being 600 pixels. I have attached a sketch from the client for reference. A few revisions of a jpg draft may be needed before the client is satisfied. Delivery will, unlike most of my other projects, be needed ASAP. Here are her comments about this redesign: ---- I really like the background coloring of the website, www.Bridgewoodhoa.org, with its various tones of gray squares and rectangles. That is what I was trying to draw on the left side, the right side, and the top of the page. My company colors are gray (silver) and burgundy so a soft gray in the squaures would be good. As the draft shows that I sent and attached, I also included a bright gold for shadowing around “Selling San Antonio Homes” or the lettering can be in solid gold, and the “Hot properties” boxes also framed in gold. I traced the wording for the links in red, however, maybe black lettering with gold bullets would look okay. My “DD” logo, found at SellingSAHomes.com should be in the same red that is used on the page, but the company name can be in gold, or black, with letters about the same size as the example size. The content area background should remain white.
