And now the project: I need a website created where Admin can easy insert listings of apartment rentals, adding information, pictures (as many as 10) and everything else. I also want the website to have an option where other owners of houses of apartments can insert their listings by joining a paid membership a month. All the admin listings will be shown on top of the other listings, all other after those. Practically I have a few properties that I want to rent, and I need a website where I can insert listings from the ADMIN area with no knowledge of HTML or anything else, so I need it really simple. Also I need a classifieds selection for free where users can post ads that are looking for roomates, apartments, etc. I want it nice and neet, I do not have an example in my head, but rent.com or apartments.com whould be a start. I am open to sugestions, please post demos on the PMB as I do not need unique work. I want everything branded to my domain name 29palmsrentals.com and I want it installed on my server error free and ready to accept listings from me and paid listings from other owners. Happy Bidding. Also I need a banner rotator on top of each page, with the option of monitoring it easy from the admin so I can sell the advertising space, I also need advertising space at the bottom of each page. Contact form for the listings should be via the website and private, no emails or phone numbers should be listed unless you are a paid member premium (not a regular paid member) Another thing that I need is a pre-aproval application form online asking on a secure connection everything needed for rentals.
