Description:	I need a real estate website template. It will be a redesign of an existing site. I must retain copyrights since I will probably be modifying things. CSS preferred but not required. I will only give out the URL of the existing site on the PMB to serious inquiries. You must show examples of similar sites to be considered or must have a sample design to be considered. Any "Can do" responses will be ignored. No pre-made templates either. So if you are just selling pre-made templates that everyone else is selling, please don't bid. No Flash.
