There will be 2 user types: 1 owner (they pay a flat fee to list property until it is sold) 2 agent (they pay a monthly fee to list property). The site will need to have an ecommerce module that will accept payment by paypal and accept credit card payments interfacing with authorize.net. The code for real estate listings can use a dash board style admin area or can use your own but must have similar functionality. Including ability for user to upload photos, list description. Must be able to sort listing by attributes like: price, size, bedrooms, year built (and possibly a few others). A flash banner homepage which depicts style corporate knowhow, sharp& defined Additional Info: Will need an admin control panel that can view all users (owner and agents). They must be able to cancel/suspend users. Needs to be able to charge user on recurring basis. An existing agent needs to be able to add additional proprerties – and then will charge existing account. Existing agent needs to be able to view all listing and billing info. Add own banners for members to use to advertise within the program Agent needs to be able to add link to their web site on listings. This is the general idea – I may have forgotten a few little things but if you can handle this than anything else will be minor.
