PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PROJECT THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED IN MAXIMUM 10 DAYS
FROM START OF THE PROJECT.

I AM LOOKING TO CREATE A REAL ESTATE CLONE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING 2 DESIGNS:

www.dreamhomesww.com

(Please visit both websites to understand features and functionality)

I will be using the following Real Estate Script:

WHAT I WILL BE PROVIDING YOU:
1. Complete Design Details
2. Logo for the Website
3. All support required for the project by email/chat daily.
4. Real Estate Script

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE TO DO:

1. Take the design from the above 2 websites and then modify (I will provide
FULL modified design)

2. Change colour scheme of the site and add logo.

3. Test the website for FULL functionality.

THE WEBSITE IS THEN COMPLETED AND THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED.

PAYMENT OF THE PROJECT:
As you will be using the real estate script, and I will be providing all design
information, the maximum budget for this project is $125 and please do not bid
above this amount.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL ONLY BE PAID ONCE THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED AND IS
FULLY FUNCTIONAL. DUE TO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, PLEASE NOTE THAT NO FUNDS WILL BE
ADDED IN ESCROW AT THE START OF THE PROJECT.

ALL BIDDERS, please note the following:

1. The Project needs to be completed in maximum 10 days.
2. You must provide daily communication by email on the project. This is is
VERY IMPORTANT please.
3. Please dont bid above the maximum budget amount, as this will unfornately
not be considered.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT WORK ON THIS
PROJECT, THEN IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO WORK ON OTHER REAL ESTATE PROJECTS AS I
REQUIRE 5 OTHER REAL ESTATE WEBSITES.
