Description:	Hello serious webdesigners: Have: A community currently with 18,000 members. Need: * A complete re-design/template design for the page. * Changing name/domain, so new logo is needed. It is a complex site with alot of functions, but we have skilled HTML people, so we only need the template and graphics design. The site is built up with header/footer files and other include files to propagate the design throughout the site. Use of CSS needed. Some flash would also be needed in the future. We have a menu system with several sub menues, so we need a good menu setup. DHTML/dropdowns could be an idea. At the moment the header/menu is in a own frame. We probably dont want to use frames on the new version. Please include in your quote if its price/hour or for the whole design and if you also can do flash.
