possibly a Logo. This site will be for a web-based business to business company providing employment and tenant screening services via a dynamic web-based ordering, tracking, and retrieval system. The web site must exemplify the appearance and advanced technology of our web-based software. Must have portfolio and references. NO TEMPLATES WILL BE ACCEPTED- MUST BE A CUSTOM SITE DESIGN. No parameters or artistic constraint. Vendor must submit at least 3 different site designs before a decision will be made for the final product. The site will have approximately 15 to 18 pages and 1 to 2 different pics on each page (no duplicate pics in site). Must be in a format that can be edited in Dreamweaver. Must be in a format conducive to search engine optimization (especially Google). Will consider a package price including the site design and SEO (5 to 10 key phrases of our choosing ranked on the first page of Google). This project will lead to additional projects as we also have a software company that will bring on 3 to 5 clients per month that we provide this service for client companies. STOPzilla!
