*Read this entire post. Failure to follow directions will result in deleting your bid immediately.* We need an exceptional designer who is PROFICIENT in Pokemon-style illustration. I placed the budget at 300-1500 based on tasks 1, 2, and 3 below. I will tell you more about task #2 if you are qualified. You can then adjust your bid. [If I were you I would bid low and show me your work. If you are qualified, our company will pay you fairly.] Work needed: Task 1. We have a new product and need an animal as a brand character. We know the type of animal and will inform the selected designer we choose. Task 2. We will also require many additional illustrations for site flash animations. These illustrations will be of people and other objects but they will all be the design style of #1 above. Task 3. As an add-on task, if you are proficient Web designer I will consider you for a small project we need done. The site is already created, but we need a PROFESSIONAL design applied. If you do not do Web design do not worry. Our main concern is #1 and 2 above. Timing: #1 needs to be completed within 4 days. This means 3-5 concepts must be delivered within 2 days, with the final completed by day 4. #2 I will discuss with you, but expect these illustrations to be delivered shortly after #1. Directions: 1. Only bid if you are a freelance designer or a SMALL design firm -- I will interact with the designer myself - NO MIDDLEMEN acting as project managers for design teams. The designer will communicate with me directly from start to finish. 2. Send me a PM with images of or links to the Pokemon-style designs you have done. If you have not done any, PLEASE DO NOT BID. 3. You will be required to have Yahoo or MSN chat and will be required to communicate with me daily to ensure the designs are progressing as our company expects them. 4. If you are proficient in Web design as an ADDITION to your Pokemon-style design talents, send a few of your Web design samples with your Pokemon-style samples. I will select a designer within 2 days of this posting. Once selected, remember, 3-5 concepts in 2 days, and final illustration completed 2 days after.
