Description:	I have a forum - it uses the standard phpbb2 forum design (subsilver) - I am looking to have it modified to look similar to this forum: http://www.talkfreelance.com/ Specifically the 'smooth' look and feel of the tables. The colors would need to match the rest of the site ofcourse. I am NOT looking for a clone of their design, just the feel, and get rid of the phpbb2 subsilver look. Budget is real low unless you can convince me it is a hard thing to do which I doubt. layout does not really need to be changed, just the coloring, css or whatever else. STOPzilla!
