I select based on PRICE first than TIME, as long as it gets done in a respectable time period. I hope to select a wining bid in the next week. ** This project is a design of a template for phpBB. We require a clean looking design to be loosely based upon our current website www.thehollowcity.com The winner will have experience of phpBB custom design. We'll need to see examples of phpBB template design work. The finished product will be a zip file containing ALL the files required to install the design onto our website. Once we have installed the template and tested it to as a working product we will pay the agreed design fee. There may be some modifcations included to the script (as listed at phpbb-hacks.com etc) which we will specify upon intital discussions once we've chosen the winning designer. Please only bid if you've past phpBB design experience and list those sites so that we can review your work. **NOTE: I have had problems in the past with those who have bid to do projects.
