If you are running multiple scripts then you need this if you have one paypal account as paypal only allows to notify one script. have a look here www.ipnassistant.com So if am running an affiliatescript that uses paypal IPn and a digital delivery script, I cannot use them at the same time. What this script does is send that ipn to all scripts specified so it works. BUT it has got some flaws in the code. I got this script done here, but because I don't know anything about programming, the programmer just told me it works which it did but had many flaws and had branded it to his company. Here is what the programmer told me: Your code basically does the same job but is not stable. it DOES NOT confirm payment and will basically pass on the post data of anything posted to this script to all of the url's in “mynotify.php”. In other words it does not check that the IPN status is VERIFIED or even if it's an IPN (that's crazy for an IPN script). This opens up major security risks as I could use it to attack several IPN Handlers at once with non IPN data. The other thing that lets it down is that the execution time allowed for the script uses php's built-in default option which means 30 seconds! Depending on network speeds at the time of IPN and how many IPN handlers there are in the list. the script could cease executing before the job is done!! IPN Assistant also does not work with PHP5. =========================================================== So here is what I want. I want everything fixed, but that is not to my script. I want something made from scratch with a completely different idea. I want to be able to run this from a website and chargepeople on a monthly basis to use the service. So for example they pay me $5 per month to notify 2 scripts they want to. if they want 5 IPN they pay $8. So its like a membership site and they can control what they want to notify from an online control panel. So heres the deal: I currently have no money, but what I can offer is a percentage of everything I make for a certain period of time.
